Hi guys and girls, sorry the group has been a little dead as of late, not many people submitting art i'm afraid. so the winner last month was Suomen-Ukonilma 
who wanted this months theme to be Balto. Unfortunately we have already done Balto, and I've been waiting for a response. So Suomen-Ukonilma, if you would be so kind as to post your choice for January bellow. [or I'll have to choose]
I know everyone has lives, but if everyone [I'm included in this] could try to submit a piece of art a month to the group it wouldn't be so dead. Unless everyone likes it this way lol, either case, post bellow any comment, concerns, or idea's to help the group.
That's basically it everyone, hope everyone has a safe and happy holiday [whatever you celebrate] as well as a safe New Year [if you're old enough to drive, don't drink, I can't stress that enough] and hopefully we can get back into reading in 2013!

Hey guys,A.M.S here and I have to tell you all that as founder of the group even though I've been promoted to founder a few years ago...it was my duty to make sure that everybody follows the rules in this here group and be sure to post some fanart and/or fanfics of the books featured in the group into the correct folder.Also,I'm discontinuing the book of the week thing...sorry about that guys...

As the new founder of the group,I decided to put up a new rule....no screenshots were ever aloud on this group only artwork is aloud here....if any of you guys put up a screenshot into the group,I would press the decline button...that's what I'm gonna do as founder.This is Thebeastofliterature not Thebeastofscreenshots.Come on,people this group is all about reading a book and post fanart about it into the group not post screenshots.If I ever see screenshots like these in the group requests again I swear upon Old Major's grave...I'm pressing that decline button.

Stories I've read at High School and at home
Hello there...my name is Ayla and I'm the new co founder here.I was originally a member until I've been promoted by the founder of the group as a co founder.I've read books at High School back at October 2011 and at September 2009.The books I've read there are..."Watership Down","The Wind in the Willows","Charlotte's Web" and "Animal Farm" at the East Kentwood Freshman Campus School Library.I also read "White Fang" at the 10/12 Building school library.And at home I read the classic story of "Black Beauty".I've read each one of the books one chapter at a time...I've read both "Black Beauty" and "Animal Farm" at my room one chapter at a time.I

Hi everyone, sorry for my lack of activity. The downward spiral began with the lack of group activity that brought my spirits down, but I still logged on and I still went through everyone's pictures. Over the past few months [in September] I was working a lot more at my job, and had little personal time, so I could not read a book to write an entry about it, and then as of February I needed to find a new place to live. I have been living in my new home since March, but I cannot afford internet, so I cannot lead the group as I once could despite my desire too. It's a novel i'm currently writing (and hope to publish someday) involving a young Tyrannosaurus rex and his heron friend who have various adventures in the post-meteor impact North America.
I've already posted a non-colored profile of the main character (the rex), if you're interested i could submit to the group
